1.       Can I pay deposit at 20%?

After we cooperate once and build enough trust with each other, we will give you a good feedback on the deposit payment terms. But for the very first time, we do require a deposit of 30% as per our financial policy.

2.       We require a lead time of 15-18 days for mass production order. Can you manage this?

For the lead time, no matter how big the order is or how many types of products there are, the order does require a full range of production process including but not limited to mixed material, solidification, polishing and packing. For the custom size basin, we can’t use the mould to produce directly, we need to cut the solid surface sheet and splicing them. So 20 days is a must for us. We usually can finish 20FT in 20 days, 25 days for 40Hq. Anyway, I will try my best to make it faster and keep you updated on the production status.

3.       How soon can I expect a sample to be ready?

For sample production, we usually can finish in a week. If the sample you need is the new design model, we will need 15-20 days to make a new mold.

4.       How can I have my own OEM?

If you want your own design for OEM order, we will make a counter sample against yours or make a sample according to your specifications. Accordingly, we will generate a BOM (Bill of Materials) and work out the price for your costing. We can initiate the business relationship by making a trial order/sample order. If your design involves a special tooling, we will discuss with you in greater detail to see if extra cost or longer sampling time will be caused.

5.       Can I do 30% deposit and 70% XXXXXXXXXX against the BL copy?

We do have one customer that cooperates with us in this way - 30% deposit and 70% against the BL copy, but he is our key account and we have been working with each for years. That customer orders about 20-35 containers each year from us. We believe that you and us can also build this kind of trust and develop your desired payment terms later. For the first time cooperation, we usually do 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping, since it is our financial rule.

6.       Can I order one set for sample?

Yes, a sample order is acceptable to us. It is understandable that the quality of our product and the service from us need to be tested. Usually a sample will cost much more for our factory to produce, as you know. I hope you understand. May I know if this sample is for showroom reselling or for the XXXX sample room presentation? And may I know more about your company? Are solid surface tub  new in your company? I look forward to more details from you.

7.       Can I ask for your Trade Assurance? Can you send us some types of agreement and warranty policy?

We always send a signed and stamped Invoice as well as Sales Contract. They both work as legal agreements to streamline our responsibilities and what we shall bear in case of after-sales complaints.

8.       How long will my order take to get delivered?

It depends on the quantity and the models. Normally our lead time is 25-30 days.
