1.       How many years warranty of your product?

Normally, 5 years. We can also make products with a 6-year, 7-year or 8-year warranty upon request.

 

2.       How should I clean and maintain the bathtub/basin?

Good question!

Cleaning: Our recommendation is cleaning product solid surfaces with warm water and mild soaps, such as those used for hands or dishes. Non-abrasive household cleaners such as Fantastik and Formula 409 may also be used. Cleaning products containing bleaching agents should not be used on solid surface. Make sure that the cleaning agent goes down the waste outlet and that it does not sit in the solid surface. Large quantities of these agents and extended periods of exposure may cause discoloration. Abrasive cleaners (such as Comet, Soft Scrub, Bon Ami, etc.) should not be used on solid surface except for removing tough stains, minor scratches and burns.

 

Care: Do not expose the surface to harsh chemicals, such as paint remover, turpentine, nail polish remover or stove cleansers. If these chemicals come in contact with the surface, immediately wash them off with water, using appropriate safety measures to avoid injury. Do not directly cut on the surface. This material is resistant to hear and is unlikely to mark below temperatures of 360 degree. This means, in practical terms, that pots in which water for example are boiled could leave on your solid surface for a limited (short) period of time without causing damage. We will offer sanding sponge together with your matte finished bathtub and basin. While minor cuts and scratches can be repaired by polishing slightly with the sanding sponge.

 

3.       What happens if product is damaged when I receive the goods?

OK. I fully understand your concern. After all, it's a long journey from China to your country.

If it is proved that product damage happens before container loading, we will be held responsible and replace your goods with components or even the entire product if necessary.

If it is proved that damage is caused by harsh sea transportation, and if our term is CIF, we will claim this to our insurance company and pay the claim to you when successful.

If our term is FOB, you will need to claim this to your insurance company or shipping company.

 

4.       How will you deal with the product break in your promised warranty?

If it is proved that damage happens because of unintended reasons during the warranty,

we will send the repair kit to you. If repair kit doesn’t work for the accidental damage beyond control, we will be responsible to provide new one freely to you.

 

5.       Why is your delivery late by 10 days?


* Sorry for the inconvenience caused since we are having a public holiday. 

* Sorry for the delay but there has been a power cut for 5 days.

* Sorry for being late since we are making a monthly/quarterly/yearly stock taking and everything is on hold till after the inventory.

* Sorry that we missed the space since the vessel was overbooked.

* Sorry that we didn't manage to get the SO successfully from the forwarder and missed the vessel.

* Sorry for the shortage of raw material supply recently.
